llets see i know it in m head i now need to feel it in my heart...and if i dont figure it out im goign to be stuck in thr wlierness for some time...hmm....and well lets have a short v and p lesson shall we.....so here it goes

the vision and philospoy of the church is first and foremost the fufill the great commissin then in no particular der its to make everyone feel at home and accepted its also to get every memeber of the church involved to serve god with all thier heart and ucan't do it if you have other movtives in mind on why u want to cometo church in the first place then there is a unity bit which well basically says to not gossip and not let the person in charge lead even though you and/or everybody around you dont agree with the way the leader is doing things...then there are others but right now these i think are the most relevant and they are the hardest to apply....
