Something happened
it wasnt anything big or loud with a huge bang
it was more of a small whisper, a small tick in the endlessness of time
but it was enough to give me pause
it was enough to make me realise just exactly how much i have changed
but most importantly it was enough to make me reevaluate my relationship with people around me
who are my good friends
who are just there
who are good for me
and who arent

and that particular list of friends well its now two names shorter

one overstepped the line
the other isn't worth it now
