one of the thing which annoyes me the most is

when u freaking apologies and have no idea what u are apoloigsing for

i mean whats so hard about going

not oh

im really sorry for something (u have no idea what exactly it was so u say something general) i didnt mean to do it and i din realise i did it(how do u relaise it if u still hve no idea what you did?).

i mean come on its so obvious you
1. have no idea what set the person off in the first place...and
2. u are apologising for the sake of doing it.
which leads to
3. u dont mean it at all

so why dont u do this
